Chef Geoffrey Michael Products Don't just Season it......Spicet!


Chef Geoffrey Michael created this dish in honor of his daughter, Gabi, who he referred to as his "Little Shrimp". This Original Recipe is very similar to the New Orleans Classic Barbecue Shrimp......But that name just won't work in Texas!


12 Large Shrimp in the Shell

1 1/2 ounces Olive Oil

1 ounce Butter

1/2 ounce Gabrielle Seasoning

1 ounce Lemon juice  (1 Lemon)

1 1/2 ounces Chablis Wine

Warm oil and butter in 8 inch saute pan over medium heat. Add Shrimp and stir. Add Gabrielle Seasoning and lemon juice and stir.

Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes while continually shaking the pan. Add Wine, stir and continue to cook 3-4 minutes.

Serve with "Crusty Bread" for "Sopping".
